How I work

I offer a warm and supportive approach to therapy, adapting to each person’s needs. Often, I use powerful and effective methods that can bring about rapid change by transforming how you feel about past experiences and how you respond to current and ongoing situations.

Sometimes I work in a more traditional way, listening closely and providing space for clients who want to share their story. But this isn’t essential, as the methods I use can help clients make lasting changes without needing to discuss their problems in detail.

We’ll work out together what approach is best for you. My goal is to support genuine healing, helping you move forward in life with confidence and self-worth.

Working together

I work with English-speaking clients worldwide via Zoom, (primarily from the UK, but I’ve also worked with clients in the US, the Middle East, India, and Australia). We typically meet weekly over a period that suits your needs.

After discussing your challenges, we’ll agree on a treatment plan together, then work through each stage, step by step.

The aim is to help you reach a place where you’re able to move forward in your life with confidence and a sense of hope.
